Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the FitMee mobile application (the "Service") operated by Rongrong Lin ("FitMee", "us", "we", "I" or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

You must be 13 years of age or older to visit or use this Website or the Services in any manner. By visiting the Website or accepting these Terms of Use, You represent and warrant to FitMee that You: (i) are 13 years of age or older, and that You have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by the Agreement; (ii) will use the Website in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

When needed, FitMee may collect data and information on your phone, such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The term "Personal Data" as used in this Privacy Policy refers to information such as your email address and password that can be used to identify you. With your prior permission, we collect your email address and password you provide us when you set up an account for FitMee. If you choose to withhold any Personal Data requested by us, it may not be possible for you to gain access to certain functionalities of our app. We will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your Personal Data to third parties.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least ​30 (change this)​ days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
